This website, outplacement.my, is operated by Digital Marketing Consultancy Sdn Bhd (1187706-T) ("DMC", "we", "us"), a private company registered in Malaysia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA").

1. What we collect

Enquiry details you choose to share: your name, company name, estimated number of affected employees, and expected timeline. These are composed into a WhatsApp message on your device and are only received by us when you choose to send that message.
Contact information: your WhatsApp number or email address when you contact us, and any information you share in subsequent conversations.
Website usage data: if analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tracking) are enabled on this site, standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source may be collected through cookies or similar technologies.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and provide information about our career transition and outplacement services.
To plan, coordinate, and deliver services to your organisation and its affected employees, where you engage us.
To improve this website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
To send you relevant follow-up communications. You may opt out at any time by informing us.

3. Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data only: (a) to PERKESO and relevant certification bodies where necessary to register eligible participants for training under the Employment Insurance System, with the individual's knowledge; (b) to service providers who support our operations (such as website hosting and communication platforms), under appropriate safeguards; and (c) where required by law.

Please note that WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta Platforms and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law, and we take practical steps to protect it against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

5. Your rights

All EIS eligibility and benefit decisions rest solely with PERKESO. References to training entitlements (up to RM4,000 for eligible individuals) are subject to PERKESO's review and approval. We prepare participants for the job market; we do not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Use of content

The content, design, and materials on this website belong to DMC and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission. Logos and marks of PERKESO, MBOT, and other bodies belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe factual certifications and collaborations.
